How to use

Place the scale on a flat, stable surface and insert the battery (CR2032). Fit the detachable bowl onto the scale platform and switch the unit on. Select the desired measuring unit, place ingredients in the bowl and use the tare (add & weigh) button to reset the display to zero between additions.
