How to use

Extend the pole to the required length and ensure the Push Button Release locks securely before use. Hold the elongated Thermo grip in a comfortable position suited to your stride and terrain; change hand position as needed for climbing or descending. Use the pole primarily as a climbing aid during races and fast uphill sections on secured trails. After use, fold the pole by pressing the Push Button Release and collapse it to 35 cm for transport or storage.

Recommendations

Use the Neotrail FX.One Superlite on secured paths and marked trails. This weight-optimised pole is intended for competition-style climbing assistance and requires careful, trained use. It is not designed as an everyday training pole or for exposed alpine terrain, snow, ice or glacier travel. Avoid using at high speed in rocky or root-strewn areas where the tip can become stuck, increasing the risk of shaft damage.
