Bastones de trekking Viking Kettera Pro Lady — bastones de trekking para mujer, ajustables, par, negro/fucsia

Viking Kettera Pro Lady — women's trekking poles, adjustable, pair, black/fuchsia are a pair of adjustable trekking poles designed for hiking and Nordic walking. The two-section adjustable shaft lets users modify pole length to match terrain and personal height, while ergonomic grips and wrist straps improve handling and help maintain a secure hold. These poles are intended to provide additional stability on trails, uneven ground and during long walks, combining functional adjustability with a colour contrast that enhances visibility.

Advantages

The two-section adjustable shaft enables quick length changes for ascending, descending and transport. Ergonomic grips shaped for women's hands reduce fatigue and improve grip comfort. Wrist straps offer support and help transfer weight from the hands to the arms for steadier movement. The compact fold and adjustment system allow easy packing and transport, and the contrasting black and fuchsia finish increases visibility on the trail.

How to use

Adjust the pole length before setting off so that your elbow forms approximately a right angle when holding the grip with the tip on the ground. Use the wrist straps to stabilise the pole and transfer some load from the hands to the forearms. Shorten the poles slightly when going uphill and lengthen them for descents to maintain balance and reduce strain on knees. Regularly check and retighten the adjustment mechanism during use and clean the shaft and tips after walking in muddy or sandy conditions.

Recommendations

Inspect the poles and adjustment locks before each use. Replace worn rubber tips or baskets as needed for different terrain, and store the poles dry and collapsed to prolong the adjustment mechanism and grip lifespan.
