Why choose it

The BETA 1128BSX is built for daily professional use. The serrated edge grips cable jackets firmly, preventing slips on tough insulation, while the stripping notch eliminates the need for a separate wire stripper on common sizes. The adjustable joint maintains optimal blade alignment over time, extending tool life. The bi-material handle reduces hand fatigue during long wiring tasks, and the bright orange accents make the scissors easy to spot in a crowded tool bag.

Ideal use cases

• Cutting copper and aluminium cables during electrical installations
• Stripping insulation from wires up to 5 mm diameter
• Trimming cable ties, heat shrink tubing, and light packaging
• Precision work in control cabinets and junction boxes
• Maintenance and repair tasks by electricians and technicians

Good to know

These scissors are not VDE insulated and should not be used on live circuits. For best performance, periodically clean the blades and apply a light machine oil to the joint. The stainless steel construction resists corrosion, making the tool suitable for humid or outdoor environments. BETA is a trusted Italian brand known for professional-grade hand tools, and the 1128BSX is covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
