Bosch Expert C470 hojas de lijar

EXPERT C470 for High Speed Sanding of Wood and Paint. The Bosch Expert C470 sanding discs are engineered for efficient removal of material and long-lasting performance on wood, paint and other surfaces. Each pack contains 5 discs compatible with most hook-and-loop sanders; the C470 combines sharp abrasive grains with anti-clogging technology to keep cutting ability consistent across large surfaces, reducing sanding time while maintaining a uniform finish.

Advantages

The EXPERT C470 features a durable abrasive that resists clogging and preserves abrasiveness during extended use, allowing faster progress on large sanding tasks. Precision-manufactured discs provide consistent surface finish and are suitable for high-speed sanding applications. The pack format ensures spare discs are available when abrasive life is exhausted.

Suitable for

• Sanding solid wood and timber surfaces
• Removing old paint and varnish
• Surface preparation before painting or finishing
• High-speed sanding with random-orbit and rotary sanders

How to use

Attach a compatible C470 disc to a hook-and-loop or compatible sander according to the tool manufacturer's instructions. Start sanding with light pressure to assess cutting rate and surface effect, then adjust speed and pressure as needed. Replace discs when the abrasive becomes worn or clogged to maintain consistent results. Always move the tool evenly across the workpiece to avoid gouging or uneven removal.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment (dust mask, eye protection, hearing protection) and ensure adequate dust extraction when sanding. Select grit grade appropriate to the task, progressing through finer grits for a smoother finish; store discs flat in a dry place to preserve performance.
