The tough abrasive grit supports rapid stock removal while maintaining consistent performance. A highly flexible C-/B-paper backing enables folding and working into contours without cracking, improving handling and adaptability during sanding.

For coarse material removal, work with even strokes and moderate pressure, keeping the sander moving to avoid gouging. Replace the sheet when abrasive performance decreases or clogging prevents effective sanding. Store sheets flat and dry to preserve backing flexibility.

Recommendations

For best results on painted surfaces, start with the P60 grit to remove old coatings, then progress to finer grits for finishing. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (dust mask, eye protection) and ensure adequate dust extraction when sanding.
