Bosch Texoro rodillo lijador 3000 rpm negro, verde, gris 250 W

The Bosch Texoro sanding roller is designed for sanding curved, profiled and structured wooden or metallic surfaces. Powered by a 250 W motor with variable speed from 1600 to 3000 RPM, it offers compact dimensions (251 mm × 462 mm × 103 mm) and a weight of 3 kg for manageable handling. The tool includes Bosch SDS and an Autolock spindle, a cylindrical soft-grip handle and a dust extraction hood for lower dust dispersion during work.

Advantages

Electronic speed preselection lets you match rotational speed to the material and task. The Autolock system locks the spindle for quick and tool-free sanding sleeve changes. The dust extraction hood reduces airborne sanding dust and can be connected to a multipurpose vacuum for more effective extraction. The soft-grip handle improves control during extended use.

Suitable for

• Sanding banisters and handrails
• Profiling and contoured skirting boards
• Sanding contoured furniture and decorative mouldings
• Working on metallic curved or profiled surfaces

How to use

Secure the workpiece and select an appropriate sanding sleeve for the surface profile. Switch on the tool and set the electronic speed preselection to a low setting, then increase speed as needed while keeping steady, light pressure. For sleeve changes, switch off the tool and use the Autolock system to lock the spindle, slide off the worn sleeve and fit a new one. Connect a vacuum to the dust extraction hood when possible to minimise dust.

Recommendations

Use progressively finer grits for final finishing, maintain a steady hand to avoid gouging curved profiles, and always wear appropriate dust protection when sanding. For optimal performance connect a compatible multipurpose vacuum and check that the Autolock engages before replacing sleeves.
