Bridas FISCHER 69374, nailon negro, 450 mm × 7,6 mm, 100 uds.

FISCHER 69374 cable ties are a pack of 100 black nylon fasteners, each 450 mm long and 7.6 mm wide, designed for bundling and securing cables, hoses and other items. Manufactured from high-quality, halogen- and silicone-free nylon, these ties provide mechanical strength and chemical resistance for general installation, electrical and automotive applications. The UBN model features UV-stabilised material for improved outdoor performance and operates reliably in temperatures from −10 °C to 85 °C.

Advantages

The durable nylon construction resists common chemicals and offers stable mechanical properties over the specified temperature range. The halogen- and silicone-free composition reduces the risk of contamination in sensitive electrical environments. UV-stabilised material in the black UBN version increases resistance to sunlight exposure, extending service life in outdoor or partially exposed installations.

Suitable for

• Bundling electrical cables and wiring ducts
• Securing hoses and pipes in automotive and mechanical systems
• Cable management in server rooms, control cabinets and industrial installations
• Outdoor fastening applications where UV resistance is required

Key specifications

• Material: Nylon (halogen-free, silicone-free, UV-stabilised)
• Length: 450 mm
• Width: 7.6 mm
• Temperature range: −10 °C to 85 °C
• Colour: Black
• Pack quantity: 100 pieces

How to use

Place the cable tie around the items to be secured, insert the free end of the strap through the head and pull until the bundle is tight. The integrated ratchet mechanism latches the strap in the teeth, providing a permanent hold. Trim any excess tail to the desired length for a neat finish. For repeated adjustments or temporary fastening, use a new tie if the current one is cut or damaged.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid over-tightening to prevent damage to insulated cables and soft tubing. When used outdoors, check periodically for signs of UV degradation despite the stabilisation, and replace ties showing cracking or brittleness. Use appropriate cable tie width and tensile strength for high-load applications, and consider metal or releasable alternatives if frequent reworking is required.
