Bridas Rittal SZ 2597.000, blanco, 150 mm, 100 uds.

Rittal SZ 2597.000 cable ties are white, 150 mm length fastening ties sold in a pack of 100 pieces. They are designed to secure cables to enclosure profiles or parts of mounting systems by clipping into round system punchings, providing a simple and compact solution for cable routing inside control cabinets and similar installations.

Advantages

These cable ties offer a straightforward clip-in installation that fits round system punchings, saving time during assembly. Their 150 mm length suits medium bundles of wires, and the pack of 100 ensures an ample supply for larger projects or maintenance tasks. The white colour helps keep installations visually consistent and neat.

Suitable for

When it may not be suitable

These cable ties are intended for clip-in use with round system punchings; they may not be compatible with enclosures or mounting systems that lack appropriate round holes or use different attachment methods. For very large cable bundles or applications requiring higher tensile strength, longer or heavy-duty ties should be considered.

How to use

Group the cables to be fastened, pass the tie around the bundle and engage the clip end into a matching round system punching on the enclosure profile or mounting part. Tighten the tie until the bundle is secure and trim any excess tail if required. Ensure the clip is fully seated in the punching so the tie is locked in place.

Recommendations

For reliable installation, use one tie per bundle at regular intervals along the routing path and avoid overtightening to prevent cable damage. Store the ties in a dry environment away from direct sunlight to maintain material properties.
