Broca de centrar Bosch 2 608 900 589 5 mm de diámetro 1 ud.

The Bosch EXPERT HEX-9 HardCeramic drill bit is engineered for dry drilling in hard ceramic tiles and similar materials. With a 5 mm diameter and HEX-9 shank, this centering drill bit provides precise hole placement and extended wear life compared with standard tile bits. It is supplied as a single piece for use in hand-held drills and drilling machines compatible with a HEX-9 connection.

Advantages

The HardCeramic tip and optimized geometry enable effective dry drilling in hard tiles without lubricant or cooling, reducing downtime. The HEX-9 shank ensures secure bit retention and quick bit changes. Designed for longer lifetime under heavy use, the bit maintains accuracy and reduces the need for frequent replacements.

Suitable for

• Drilling holes in hard wall and floor ceramic tiles
• Precise centering tasks requiring a 5 mm hole
• Professional tiling and DIY installations where dry drilling is required

How to use

Mark the drilling point and secure the tile or workpiece. Fit the Bosch EXPERT HEX-9 HardCeramic 5 mm centering drill into a compatible chuck or HEX-9 holder. Start drilling at low speed to establish a centered hole, then increase speed as needed while applying steady, moderate pressure. No lubricant or cooling is required for hard ceramic tiles; pause occasionally to clear debris and check progress.

Recommendations

Use appropriate eye protection and dust extraction when dry drilling. For particularly brittle tiles, perform a test drill on a spare piece and adjust speed and pressure to avoid chipping. Replace the bit when cutting performance or hole quality deteriorates.
