Broca percusora Bosch Expert SDS Max-8X

The Bosch Expert SDS Max-8X hammer drill bit is a single-piece, full-carbide head 4-cutter designed for heavy-duty rotary hammers with an SDS Max shank. With a 25 mm diameter, it is engineered for drilling reinforced concrete and other hard building materials, prioritizing long life, reliable impact resistance and stable cutting performance on demanding construction tasks.

Advantages

The full-carbide head and one-piece construction reduce the risk of jamming and eliminate weak joints, improving durability compared with conventional bits. The 4-cutter design maintains consistent cutting performance and prolongs service life under frequent use. The SDS Max shank enables quick, secure bit changes for increased on-site productivity.

Suitable for

• Drilling reinforced concrete for heavy-duty anchors
• Creating holes for rebar extensions and structural fixings
• Frequent, professional use with SDS Max rotary hammers
• Jobs requiring long-lasting, wear-resistant drill bits

Key specifications

• Brand: Bosch
• Model: Expert SDS Max-8X (MPN: 2608900243)
• Type: Hammer drill bit with SDS Max shank
• Head: Full-carbide, one-piece 4-cutter design
• Diameter: 25 mm
• EAN: 4059952533179

How to use

Insert the SDS Max shank into a compatible rotary hammer according to the tool manufacturer’s instructions until it locks. Select the hammer or hammer-drill mode appropriate for concrete. Position the bit tip on the marked drilling point, apply steady axial pressure and start drilling at moderate speed to establish the hole, then maintain pressure to advance. Withdraw the bit occasionally to clear dust when drilling deep holes and replace the bit if excessive wear is observed.

Recommendations

For best results when drilling reinforced concrete, use a suitable SDS Max rotary hammer, wear appropriate personal protective equipment, and use water or dust extraction where required by site regulations. Inspect the bit regularly for wear and replace when cutting edges are rounded or carbide components show damage.
