Cable alargador AS Schwabe 60305, 5 m, negro, alargador de cable para herramientas eléctricas y aparatos

AS Schwabe Extension Cable 60305 is a 5 m black extension lead designed to increase the reach of power tools and electrical appliances. The cable provides a straightforward, flexible connection between devices and fixed power outlets and is suitable for temporary power needs in workshops, garage tasks, household chores and outdoor jobs where extra cable length is required. The design focuses on practical use: a robust insulated conductor, standard connectors and compact storage when not in use.

Advantages

The extension cable features resilient insulation that helps protect the conductor during regular handling and movement. Its five-metre length offers a balance between mobility and convenience, reducing the need for additional sockets or repeated repositioning of equipment. The black colour minimises visible dirt and blends with most environments, while the standard connectors ensure compatibility with common power tools and appliances.

How to use

Uncoil the extension cable fully before use to avoid heat build-up and reduce mechanical stress. Plug the mains end into a suitable grounded outlet, then connect your appliance or power tool to the extension socket. Keep the cable layout clear of sharp edges, moving parts and water; avoid running the cable under rugs or in areas where it could be damaged. After use, disconnect both ends, coil the cable loosely and store in a dry place.

Recommendations

For safe operation, ensure the connected device does not draw more current than the cable and connectors are rated for. Use the extension cable for temporary connections only and inspect it regularly for cuts, abrasions or damaged connectors. Do not use a damaged cable and replace it if any compromise to insulation or contacts is observed.
