Cable alargador USB GOOBAY 93600 — USB A a USB A, USB 2.0, 3 m, negro

Goobay USB 2.0 Hi-Speed extension cable model 93600 is a 3 m black USB A to USB A extension designed to increase the reach of existing USB connections. The cable supports USB 2.0 transfer rates up to 0.48 Gbit/s and maintains a standard USB A interface at both ends, allowing plug-and-play extension of devices without changing connectors or ports.

Advantages

The cable provides a straightforward way to extend the distance between USB devices while preserving data transfer performance compatible with USB 2.0 equipment. Its standard USB A to USB A connectors ensure compatibility with a wide range of peripherals such as printers, external hard drives, hubs and desktop PCs. The 3 m length offers additional flexibility in arranging workstations or connecting devices that are positioned farther apart.

Suitable for

• Extending the connection between a PC and a printer
• Connecting external drives or optical drives located away from the computer
• Extending USB hubs to reach more convenient locations
• Temporary or fixed extension of USB peripherals in home and office setups

Key specifications

• Connector type: USB A (male) to USB A (male)
• USB standard: USB 2.0, Hi-Speed (up to 0.48 Gbit/s)
• Cable length: 3 m
• Colour: Black
• Application: Data transfer and device extension for USB 2.0-compatible devices

How to use

Insert one USB A plug into the host device or upstream cable and the other USB A plug into the downstream device or peripheral. The cable requires no drivers or configuration for standard USB 2.0 devices and works as a passive extension of an existing USB connection. Ensure connectors are fully seated to maintain stable data transfer and avoid strain on ports by arranging the cable with gentle curves rather than sharp bends.

Recommendations

Use this cable to extend USB 2.0 device connections where additional length is needed; for high-bandwidth applications or USB 3.x devices, consider cables and devices rated for higher USB standards. Avoid running the cable alongside strong electromagnetic sources and do not subject it to excessive tension or repeated sharp bending to preserve signal integrity.
