Cable de alimentación Bachmann 356.908, conector hembra C13 a conector macho de red, 1,5 m, gris

The Bachmann 356.908 power cable is a 1.5 m grey mains lead with an IEC C13 coupler at one end and a standard mains plug at the other. It is intended for connecting devices with an IEC C14 inlet—such as desktop computers, monitors and printers—to AC mains, providing a detachable and replaceable connection suitable for office and home environments.

Advantages

This cable offers a standardized IEC C13 to mains plug connection that allows easy swapping and replacement of power leads without opening equipment. The 1.5 m length balances reach and cable management for typical desk and rack setups. The grey jacket provides a neutral appearance for office installations while the molded connectors ensure a secure fit to both the appliance and the wall outlet.

Suitable for

• Desktop computers and workstations with IEC C14 inlet
• Monitors and display units requiring detachable power leads
• Network equipment, UPS devices and small servers with C14 connectors
• Printers, scanners and other office peripherals

When it may not be suitable

This cable is not suitable for devices that require a different connector type (for example C5, C7, C19 or country-specific proprietary plugs). It is also not designed for permanent outdoor use or for applications that demand specialized high-current or shielded power cables.

Key specifications

• Connector A: IEC C13 coupler (female) compatible with C14 inlets
• Connector B: Standard mains plug suitable for regional wall outlets
• Length: 1.5 metres
• Colour: Grey
• Intended use: AC mains power for desktop and office equipment

How to use

Insert the IEC C13 coupler into the device's C14 inlet until the connector seats firmly. Plug the mains end into a properly rated and grounded wall outlet. Ensure the device is switched off before connecting or disconnecting the cable. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, pinch points and heat sources; secure it to prevent trip hazards and strain on connectors.

What to consider before purchase

• Verify the device uses an IEC C14 inlet compatible with a C13 coupler
• Confirm the 1.5 m length meets your distance and cable-management needs
• Ensure the mains plug type matches your region's outlet standard

Recommendations

Use the cable indoors with properly earthed outlets and avoid using extension cords or adapters that exceed the cable's intended current rating. Replace the cable if the jacket is damaged or connectors become loose to maintain reliable and safe operation.
