Cable de alimentación ProXtend PC-HC5-002 2 m — conector C5 de Israel

Power cord ProXtend PC-HC5-002 2 m — Israel C5 connector is a 2‑metre mains cable designed to supply power to laptops and small electronic devices that use a C5 (cloverleaf) inlet. The cable provides a grounded connection where the device and mains supply support grounding and is intended as a replacement or spare lead for home, office, or travel use. The straightforward design focuses on reliable power delivery and compatibility with equipment using the C5 connector form factor.

Advantages

The cord combines a length of 2 metres with a standardized C5 connector to offer flexible placement of devices relative to wall outlets. Construction follows common safety and insulation practices to ensure safe mains voltage transmission and a secure mechanical fit in C5 inlets. Its universal compatibility with devices requiring a cloverleaf connector simplifies replacement purchases and reduces the need for adapters.

Suitable for

• Laptops and notebooks with a C5 (cloverleaf) power inlet
• Portable projectors and small audio/video equipment using a C5 connector
• Replacing lost or damaged mains cables at home or in the office
• Travel use where a 2 m length improves reach to hotel or conference room sockets

Key specifications

• Cable length: 2 metres
• Connector (device end): C5 (cloverleaf) three‑pin female
• Plug type (mains end): Israel mains plug shape compatible with local sockets
• Protection: grounded/earth connection where supported by device and socket
• Intended use: mains AC power lead for compatible consumer electronics

How to use

Insert the C5 connector firmly into the device's power inlet until it seats securely. Plug the mains end into a compatible Israeli wall socket. Ensure the device is switched off before connecting or disconnecting the cable if recommended by the device manufacturer. Route the cable to avoid trip hazards and do not place heavy objects on the cord. If the connected device requires grounding, confirm that the wall socket provides an earth connection and that the device's inlet is compatible with a grounded lead.

Recommendations

Inspect the cable and connectors periodically for visible damage, fraying, or loose pins; discontinue use and replace the cord if any damage is found. Use the cable only with devices that accept a C5 inlet and within the mains voltage range supported by your equipment. Avoid using adapters that alter grounding unless they preserve the earth connection required by the device.
