Cable de fibra óptica LANBERG FO-LULU-MD31-0050-TQ, OM3, LC–LC, 5 m, aqua

LANBERG FO-LULU-MD31-0050-TQ is a 5 m OM3 multimode fibre optic patch cable with LC connectors on both ends (LC–LC). The aqua LSZH jacket identifies the OM3 specification and the duplex 50/125 µm construction supports high-speed data transmission for short- to medium-range links in data centres and telecom environments. The cable provides low insertion loss and high return loss for stable signal integrity.

Advantages

The LC–LC OM3 patch cable offers low insertion loss (< 0.25 dB) and high return loss (> 50 dB), a compact LC connector type with UPC polishing standard, and a duplex construction for easy pairing of transmit and receive channels. The LSZH coating reduces hazardous smoke in case of fire, and the 3.0 mm cable diameter with a minimum bend radius of 7.5 mm ensures flexible routing while operating across a wide temperature range (-40 to 85 °C).

Suitable for

• Data centre trunking and rack-to-rack connections
• Short- to medium-range network links in enterprise and campus networks
• Telecom equipment interconnects and optical patch panels

Key specifications

• Connector type: LC–LC
• Fibre type: OM3 multimode (50/125 µm)
• Polishing standard: UPC
• Cable length: 5 m
• Cable construction: Duplex, diameter 3.0 mm
• Coating: LSZH (aqua)
• Insertion loss: < 0.25 dB
• Return loss: > 50 dB
• Operating temperature: -40 – 85 °C
• Minimum bend radius: 7.5 mm

How to use

Verify compatibility of LC ports on your devices and ensure both ends are clean before connection. Align each LC connector with the corresponding port and push until it clicks into place. Use the duplex cable pairing to match transmit and receive channels correctly. When disconnecting, press the connector latch and pull straight out to avoid damage to the ferrule and fibre.

Recommendations

Keep protective dust caps on connectors when not in use, avoid tight bends below the specified 7.5 mm minimum radius, and route the cable away from sources of mechanical stress and high electromagnetic interference to maintain optimal signal performance.
