Cable de red DIGITUS CAT 6 U-UTP fino, 0,5 m, negro, pack de 10

DIGITUS CAT 6 U-UTP Slim patch cable set contains ten slim, unshielded twisted-pair Ethernet cables, each 0.5 m long in black. Designed for Gigabit networks, these patch cables provide reliable CAT 6 performance up to 250 MHz and support typical Ethernet applications including 10/100/1000BASE-T. The reduced outer diameter and flexible jacket enable space-saving cable routing in server racks, patch panels, switches and wall sockets while the moulded strain relief and locking lever protection reduce the risk of connector damage during installation and operation.

Advantages

The slim design with a total diameter of approximately 2.7 mm and stranded AWG 32/7 copper conductors offers high flexibility for tight routing and dense cabling environments. LSZH jacket material limits smoke and halogen emissions in case of fire, while compliance with ISO/IEC 11801 and EN 50173 CAT 6 standards ensures consistent electrical and mechanical characteristics. The cables support PoE and PoE+ applications and are built for durability with a service life rated to 750 mating cycles.

Suitable for

• Short patch runs between patch panels, switches and wall outlets in data cabinets
• Office and home network connections requiring space-efficient cabling
• High-density rack environments and telecommunications closets
• Power over Ethernet (PoE/PoE+) devices such as IP phones and access points

How to use

Connect each cable by inserting the RJ45 plug into the corresponding port on a switch, patch panel or wall socket until the locking tab engages. Use the cables for short patch connections within racks or between equipment in the same cabinet; avoid stretching the cable or exceeding the recommended bending radius. The LSZH jacket and moulded strain relief help protect the conductor and connector during normal handling and repeated mating cycles.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, route cables without sharp bends and maintain separation from high-voltage power lines to reduce interference. Use these slim patch cables where space is limited or in high-density panels; check PoE power budgets and device compatibility when powering devices via PoE/PoE+.
