Cable de red GOOBAY 68695 — Cat6 S/FTP (S-STP), RJ-45 a RJ-45, 15 m, negro

GOOBAY 68695 is a 15 m Cat6 networking cable with S/FTP (S-STP) shielding and RJ-45 connectors on both ends. The cable uses copper conductors and a halogen-free (LSZH) sheath to reduce harmful emissions in case of fire. Designed for Gigabit Ethernet, it provides reliable signal transfer with gold-plated contacts and improved protection against electromagnetic interference.

Advantages

The S/FTP (S-STP) shielding and high-quality copper conductor ensure stable data transmission and better protection against crosstalk and external interference. Gold-plated RJ-45 contacts increase contact reliability and resistance to corrosion. The halogen-free outer sheath (LSZH) reduces toxic and corrosive gases in the event of combustion, while the 15 m length offers flexibility for desktop, server or home network installations.

Suitable for

• Gigabit Ethernet networks
• Desktop and workstation connections
• Home and small office network cabling
• Server room patching within short to medium cable runs

Key specifications

• Standard: Cat6
• Shielding: S/FTP (S-STP)
• Length: 15 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 — RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Conductor material: Copper (CU)
• Sheath: LSZH (halogen-free)
• Color: Black

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to your network device (router, switch, PC or server) and the other RJ-45 plug to the corresponding port on the opposite device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to secure the connection. Route the cable avoiding sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference to maintain signal quality.

Recommendations

For best performance, use the cable within its 15 m length rating and avoid running parallel to high-voltage power lines. Inspect connectors for damage before use and replace the cable if the sheath or plugs are visibly worn. The LSZH jacket is recommended for installations in enclosed or public spaces where reduced smoke and toxic emissions are required.
