Cable de red LogiLink CQ2078S RJ-45 Cat6 5m naranja

The LogiLink CQ2078S RJ-45 Cat6 5m Orange networking cable is a Category 6 patch cable designed for reliable wired connections in home and office networks. It features S/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference and maintain signal integrity over its 5 meter length. The cable uses standard RJ-45 connectors and is finished in an orange jacket for easy identification and visible cable management.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding provides improved protection against crosstalk and external interference compared with unshielded cables, helping to maintain stable high-speed data transfer. The Cat6 specification supports higher bandwidth and performance suitable for gigabit Ethernet applications. A 5 m length offers flexibility for connecting devices across typical room distances without excessive slack, while the bright orange color simplifies routing and troubleshooting in mixed-cable environments.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop computers, switches and routers within small offices or home networks
• Wired gigabit Ethernet connections for NAS, media players and streaming devices
• Structured cabling where shielded Cat6 runs are preferred to limit interference
• Temporary or permanent installations requiring visible cable identification

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall shield plus individually shielded pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 on one end (standard modular plug)
• Length: 5 m
• Colour: Orange
• Weight: 0.16 kg

How to use

Connect the RJ-45 plug to the Ethernet port of your device and the other end to a switch, router or wall outlet supporting Ethernet. Ensure both ends are fully inserted until the connector latch clicks to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference where possible; maintain gentle curves and use cable management clips or ties to keep runs neat and prevent strain on connectors.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use the cable in environments matching Cat6 installation practices: avoid running parallel to high-voltage power lines, keep bend radius above the recommended minimum, and ensure connectors are free of dirt. For long-term installations, inspect connectors periodically and replace the cable if shielding or the jacket is damaged.
