Cable de red LOGON TCU66U070M Cat6 U/UTP (UTP) magenta, 7 m, RJ-45–RJ-45

LOGON TCU66U070M is a 7 m Cat6 U/UTP (UTP) networking cable with RJ-45 connectors on both ends. Designed for Gigabit Ethernet and structured cabling, it delivers standard Cat6 performance for home and office network links. The unshielded twisted-pair construction supports 100 Ohm balanced transmission and is suitable for patch panels, routers, switches and direct device-to-device connections. The bright magenta jacket makes the cable easy to identify in multi-cable installations.

Advantages

The cable provides reliable data transmission for up to Gigabit Ethernet speeds thanks to Cat6 specification compliance and 4x2 AWG 26/7 twisted pairs. Both ends feature RJ-45 male connectors with strain relief boots that reduce kinking and connector stress during regular use. As an unshielded U/UTP cable it is flexible, easy to route in confined spaces and compatible with standard network equipment.

Suitable for

• Vertical and horizontal LAN patching between patch panels and switches
• Direct connection of computers, NAS devices, printers and routers
• Home network installations and small office cabling
• Temporary or permanent desk and equipment connections where color coding is useful

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6 U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair)
• Conductor configuration: 4 pairs, AWG 26/7
• Impedance: 100 Ohm
• Connector type: RJ-45 male – RJ-45 male
• Length: 7 m
• Jacket color: magenta
• Connector boot: kink protection and strain relief
• Performance class: compliant with Category 6 performance for structured cabling

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 male plug to the network port on your switch, router or patch panel and the other plug to the device requiring network access. Ensure connectors click into place and that the cable is not bent sharply near the boots. For structured cabling, route the cable along cable trays or under desks and avoid running it parallel to high-voltage power lines to minimize interference.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep cable runs within recommended maximum lengths for Ethernet (100 m for horizontal runs) and maintain gentle bend radii. Use the magenta color for easy identification in multi-cable setups and label both ends when integrating into a larger network. Avoid excessive pulling force on the connectors and keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources.
