The DisplayPort locking mechanism prevents accidental disconnection, gold-plated contacts reduce contact resistance, and triple braiding provides effective shielding against interference. The cable is plug-and-play and does not need an external power source.

Recommendations

For stable 4K output, ensure your source device supports DisplayPort-to-HDMI conversion at 3840 x 2160@30 Hz and enable HDCP if required by the display. Avoid tight bends near the connectors and keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources to maintain signal quality.
