Cable HDMI DeLOCK 85284 10 m

The DeLOCK 85284 HDMI cable is a 10 m HDMI Type A to HDMI Type A lead designed to connect devices with HDMI interfaces such as televisions, Blu‑ray players, monitors and projectors. It supports a maximum bandwidth of 18 Gbps and resolutions up to 4K Ultra HD (3840 x 2160 @ 60 Hz). The cable features gold‑plated contacts, a Black jacket and an integrated Redmere chipset to maintain signal integrity over longer distances.

Advantages

The Redmere chipset enables lossless transmission of audio and video signals over the 10 m length, reducing signal degradation compared with passive cables of the same length. Gold‑plated contacts improve contact reliability and corrosion resistance. Support for ARC (Audio Return Channel) and the 18 Gbit/s data rate ensures compatibility with contemporary 4K sources and displays at 60 Hz.

Suitable for

• Connecting TVs to set‑top boxes, Blu‑ray players or streaming devices
• Connecting monitors or projectors for presentations in meeting rooms
• Home cinema systems requiring 4K @ 60 Hz signals and ARC support
• Long cable runs where reduced signal loss is required

Key specifications

• Length: 10 m
• Connectors: HDMI Type A (male) — both ends
• Maximum bandwidth: 18 Gbit/s
• Supported resolution: up to 4K Ultra HD (3840 x 2160 @ 60 Hz)
• Chipset: integrated Redmere (active cable technology)
• Contacts: gold‑plated
• Colour: Black
• Supports: ARC (Audio Return Channel)

How to use

Connect one HDMI Type A plug to the HDMI output of the source device (for example a Blu‑ray player or media player) and the other HDMI Type A plug to the HDMI input of the display device (TV, monitor or projector). Ensure both devices are powered on and set the display input to the corresponding HDMI port. For ARC functionality, connect to the HDMI port on the TV marked ARC and enable ARC in the device settings if required.

Recommendations

For best results avoid tight bends near the connectors and route the cable away from strong electromagnetic interference sources. Use the cable for 4K @ 60 Hz applications and where longer active HDMI runs are needed; verify device compatibility with 18 Gbit/s bandwidth and ARC if those features are required.
