Cable HDMI EFB Elektronik K5429.5V2 5m Type-C mini negro

The EFB Elektronik K5429.5V2 5m Type C Mini Black is a 5-metre HDMI cable with HDMI Type C (Mini) male connectors on both ends. Designed for connecting devices that use a mini HDMI port, the cable features gold-plated contacts to improve signal transmission and reduce corrosion. It supports 3D video formats and Audio Return Channel (ARC), and its black jacket provides a discreet appearance and basic mechanical protection for home or professional setups.

Advantages

The cable’s gold-plated contacts enhance conductivity and help maintain a stable digital signal across the full 5 m length. With native support for 3D content and ARC, the cable enables two-way audio routing and compatibility with modern AV equipment that use mini HDMI connectors. The single-piece black sheath offers flexibility for routing and a neutral look that fits behind monitors, cameras, tablets or media players.

Suitable for

• Connecting cameras, camcorders or tablets with HDMI Type C (Mini) ports to monitors or capture devices
• Home theater components where mini HDMI connections and ARC are required
• Portable media playback or field recording setups that need a 5 m connection length

How to use

Connect one end of the cable to the device with a mini HDMI (Type C) output and the other end to the receiving device’s mini HDMI input or to an adapter if a different HDMI type is required. Ensure both devices are powered off or in a stable state when connecting to avoid hot-plug issues. After connection, power on the devices and select the appropriate input on the display or capture device. If using ARC, enable ARC in the device menus according to the equipment manufacturer’s instructions.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, keep the cable free from tight bends and avoid routing it near large sources of electromagnetic interference. If using adapters to convert mini HDMI to standard HDMI, use high-quality adapters and verify that the full feature set (3D, ARC) is supported through the adapter in your specific setup.
