Ensure both devices are powered and set the display input to the corresponding HDMI port. For best results at 4K resolution, set the source device output to 3840 x 2160 and enable any required HDMI 2.0 features such as 3D or ARC in device settings.

Recommendations

For consistent 4K performance over a 20 m run, avoid tightly coiling the cable during use, keep it away from strong electromagnetic sources and ensure secure, fully inserted connections. If using ARC or specific advanced features, verify compatibility in both source and display device settings.
