Cable HDMI Lindy 5 m, 4K@60 Hz, flexible

The Lindy HDMI cable 5 m, 4K@60 Hz, flexible is a 5-metre HDMI Type A to Type A connection cable designed for transmitting high-resolution video and multi-channel audio between HDMI-compatible devices. The cable features a soft PVC jacket that allows tight bends and easy routing in confined spaces such as behind wall-mounted TVs, inside media cabinets or in professional AV installations. With triple-shielded construction and 28 AWG bare copper conductors, it supports up to 18 Gbit/s bandwidth and UHD resolutions to 3840x2160 at 60 Hz with full 4:4:4 8-bit color sampling, while also carrying advanced audio formats.

Advantages

The flexible PVC jacket enables installation in cramped or complex cable runs without stressing connectors or signal integrity. Triple shielding combined with 28 AWG bare copper conductors reduces electromagnetic interference and preserves stable signal transmission over the 5 m length. Gold-plated connectors and gold-flashed contacts improve corrosion resistance and ensure reliable contact performance. The cable supports contemporary HDMI features including 18 Gbit/s bandwidth, 4K@60 Hz, ARC/HEC, CEC and lossless multi-channel audio formats.

Suitable for

• Connecting 4K TVs and UHD monitors to media players, set-top boxes and computers
• Linking gaming consoles to TVs or capture devices where 4K@60 Hz is required
• AV receiver to display connections in home theatre setups
• Projector installations in conference rooms or classrooms with limited cable space

How to use

Identify the HDMI Type A ports on both source and display devices, ensuring both are powered off before connecting. Insert one male HDMI connector fully into the source device and the other into the display or AV receiver until a secure fit is achieved. Route the soft PVC cable along the desired path, making use of its flexibility to navigate bends or constrained spaces without forcing sharp kinks. Power on devices and select the corresponding HDMI input on the display. If necessary, enable ARC or CEC features in device menus to use audio return or remote control passthrough.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid tightly coiling the cable and maintain a gentle bend radius where possible. Keep the cable away from high-power electrical lines or large motors to reduce potential interference. Verify device HDMI settings for resolution and audio format support to ensure the source device outputs 4K@60 Hz and the display or AV receiver supports the required audio codecs.
