Cable HDMI ROLINE GOLD HDMI M - HDMI M 20 m

The ROLINE GOLD HDMI M - HDMI M 20 m cable is a high-speed HDMI Type A to Type A cable designed for reliable transmission of high-definition video and multi-channel digital audio. With a 20 m length and gold-plated contacts, it offers improved conductivity and reduced signal loss for connections between displays, set-top boxes, Blu-ray players and other HDMI-equipped devices. The cable features a black and gold design and a reinforced nylon outer layer for added durability.

Advantages

High Speed HDMI support enables transmission of current HDTV standards and multi-channel digital audio, including uncompressed 8-channel, 192 kHz audio and common compressed formats such as Dolby Digital and DTS. Gold-plated contacts and a golden metal connector housing provide better conductivity and increased durability. The nylon-reinforced outer material and solid connector shells improve mechanical stability over long runs.

Suitable for

• Connecting TVs and HDTV receivers
• Linking Blu-ray players, game consoles and AV receivers to displays
• Home theater and living-room AV setups requiring a 20 m cable

Key specifications

• Cable length: 20 m
• Connectors: HDMI Type A (male) — both ends
• Maximum supported resolution: 1920 x 1080 pixels
• Contacts: Gold-plated
• Outer material: Nylon-reinforced, black with gold metal connector housing

How to use

Connect one HDMI Type A male connector to the HDMI output of your source device (for example a set-top box, Blu-ray player or game console) and plug the other end into the HDMI input of your display or AV receiver. Ensure both devices are powered on and set the display to the correct HDMI input. For best results avoid sharp bends and excessive tension along the 20 m cable run.

Recommendations

For stable signal transmission over a 20 m run, route the cable away from strong electromagnetic interference sources (large power supplies, unshielded network cables). If you experience signal degradation at higher resolutions, try shorter runs or active/repeater solutions compatible with HDMI High Speed specifications.
