Cable HDMI SBOX HDMI-1.4V 10m

The SBOX HDMI-1.4V 10m is a 10-meter HDMI Type A (Standard) cable engineered for reliable transmission of high-definition audio and video between devices. It has male HDMI Type A connectors on both ends with gold-plated contacts and supports HDMI version 1.4 features, including a maximum data throughput of 10.2 Gbit/s and Audio Return Channel (ARC) capability. The cable comes in a black finish and is suitable for longer runs where a stable HDMI connection is required.

Advantages

The cable’s 10 m length enables flexible placement of displays and source devices without the need for additional extenders. Gold-plated contacts improve contact reliability and help maintain signal integrity over repeated connections. Compliance with HDMI 1.4 ensures compatibility with a wide range of TVs, monitors, AV receivers and media players that accept HDMI inputs. The single-cable design supports combined audio and video transmission and includes ARC functionality for simplified audio routing.

Suitable for

• Connecting TVs and projectors to set-top boxes, Blu-ray players or media streamers in living rooms and conference rooms
• Linking monitors to PCs or workstations when a 10 m run is required
• Integrating AV receivers with displays while using ARC for returning audio to the receiver

How to use

Connect one end of the SBOX HDMI-1.4V 10m cable to the HDMI output of the source device and the other end to the HDMI input of the display or receiver. Ensure connectors are fully inserted and secure at both ends. If using ARC, enable the ARC setting on both the television and the AV receiver according to their user manuals. Power cycle devices if needed to allow them to detect the HDMI connection and negotiate the best available video and audio formats.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid sharp bends or kinks along the 10 m cable run, keep the cable away from strong electromagnetic sources such as power transformers and large motors, and use strain relief near connectors when routing through tight spaces. Verify device HDMI settings and cables’ seating if signal dropouts occur; in some setups, shorter runs or certified active/extender solutions may be necessary for higher-resolution formats beyond HDMI 1.4 capabilities.
