Cable HDMI ShiverPeaks BS20-15255 2,5 m

The ShiverPeaks BS20-15255 HDMI Cable is a 2.5 meter HDMI Type A to Type A lead designed for connecting TVs, monitors, consoles and AV receivers. The cable supports Audio Return Channel (ARC) capability and features gold-plated contacts to improve contact reliability and reduce signal loss. Its black and grey jacket offers a discreet appearance suited to living rooms, home offices and media cabinets.

Advantages

This 2.5 m HDMI cable provides a single, reliable connection between source and display without the need for adapters. Gold-plated contacts help maintain consistent signal transmission and resist oxidation. The cable’s length balances flexibility for placement with minimal excess slack, and the standard HDMI Type A connectors ensure broad compatibility with contemporary TVs, monitors, consoles and AV equipment.

Key specifications

• Cable length: 2.5 m
• Connectors: HDMI Type A (male) — both ends
• Supports: Audio Return Channel (ARC)
• Contact plating: Gold-plated contacts
• Colour: Black and grey jacket

How to use

Connect one HDMI Type A connector to the HDMI output on your source device (set-top box, console, Blu-ray player or PC) and the other connector to the HDMI input on your display or AV receiver. If using an ARC-enabled TV and receiver, plug the cable into the HDMI port labelled ARC on both devices to enable audio return functionality. Ensure both devices are powered on and set to the correct input/output channels in their settings menus.

Recommendations

Avoid tight bending or kinking of the cable and keep it away from heat sources or sharp edges. For optimal performance, route the cable to minimize strain on connectors and inspect contacts periodically for dust or debris; clean gently if necessary.
