Cable HDMI ShiverPeaks BS30-55505 50 m Type-A conector macho a conector macho negro

The ShiverPeaks BS30-55505 HDMI Cable is a 50 m HDMI Type A male-to-male lead designed for extended AV connections in professional and home environments. With a data transfer capacity up to 48 Gbit/s, gold-plated contacts and support for features such as 3D and Audio Return Channel (ARC), this cable provides a single-cable solution for carrying high-bandwidth video and multichannel audio signals over long distances. The cable's black jacket offers a neutral appearance suitable for visible runs and concealed installations.

Advantages

This 50 m HDMI cable supports high data throughput up to 48 Gbit/s, enabling transmission of high-resolution video and multi-channel audio. Gold-plated contacts improve electrical contact reliability and help reduce corrosion over time. Support for 3D and ARC ensures compatibility with a wide range of displays, AV receivers and soundbars. The male-to-male HDMI Type A connectors make the cable compatible with standard HDMI ports without the need for adapters.

Suitable for

• Connecting TVs to AV receivers or media players where a long run is required
• Linking projectors to video sources in conference rooms and classrooms
• Home cinema setups that require a single high-bandwidth cable over distance
• Permanent or semi-permanent AV installations with concealed cable routing

Key specifications

How to use

Connect one HDMI Type A male end to the source device (for example a Blu-ray player, media streamer or AV receiver) and the other HDMI Type A male end to the display device (TV, monitor or projector). Ensure both devices are powered off when making the physical connection, then power them on and select the appropriate HDMI input on the display. If using ARC with a compatible TV and receiver or soundbar, enable ARC in the devices' audio settings and use the TV input assigned to ARC.

Recommendations

For best signal integrity over a 50 m run, avoid tight bends and sharp kinks in the cable, keep the cable away from high-power electrical cables, and secure the cable to prevent strain on connectors. If you experience signal loss or intermittent behaviour, confirm both device firmware versions and HDMI settings, and test with a shorter cable to isolate potential source or display issues.
