The ShiverPeaks BS77473-FERRIT HDMI Cable 3m is a 3‑metre HDMI Type A to Type A cable designed for transmitting high‑definition audio and video signals between source devices and displays. The cable supports a data transfer rate up to 17.819 Gbit/s, is compatible with 3D video formats, and features gold‑plated contacts for improved conductivity. Its black jacket provides a discreet appearance suitable for home entertainment systems, office AV setups and professional workstations.

Advantages

This HDMI cable combines a 3‑metre reach with gold‑plated contacts to reduce corrosion and help maintain a stable connection. The cable’s rated bandwidth supports high‑definition video and 3D content, while the neutral black finish integrates easily into existing cabling runs. The connectors are standard HDMI Type A on both ends, enabling broad compatibility with televisions, monitors, projectors, AV receivers and media players.

• Linking laptops or desktops to external monitors and TVs for presentations or extended displays
• Home cinema and 3D video playback setups
• AV receiver and soundbar connections where a 3‑metre cable length is required

How to use

Connect one HDMI Type A connector to the HDMI output of your source device and the other connector to the HDMI input on your display or AV equipment. Ensure both devices are powered on and set to the correct input/output channels. For best results, avoid sharp bends and excessive tension on the cable; route it along a clear path and secure it with clips or ties if necessary. If device settings require selection of HDMI audio/video formats or 3D modes, configure them through the device menus.

Recommendations

For optimal signal integrity, keep the cable away from large sources of electromagnetic interference and avoid coiling the cable tightly. If connecting devices over longer distances or using very high refresh rates and resolutions, verify that both source and display support the required bandwidth and formats.
