Cable HDMI ShiverPeaks BS77477-FERRIT 7,5 m

The ShiverPeaks BS77477-FERRIT 7.5m HDMI Cable is a full-size HDMI Type A to Type A lead designed for transmitting high-definition video and audio between AV devices. With a 7.5 metre length and gold-plated contacts, the cable provides a stable physical connection suitable for home entertainment systems, projectors, monitors and AV receivers. The cable supports a data transfer rate up to 13.364 Gbit/s, enabling reliable delivery of high-resolution content and multichannel audio over a single cable.

Advantages

The cable's gold-plated contacts reduce oxidation and improve contact reliability over time, while the included ferrite core helps suppress high-frequency interference for cleaner signal transmission. Its 7.5m length offers flexibility in device placement without the need for extenders. The black jacket provides a discreet appearance that integrates into most home and professional AV setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting Blu-ray players, streaming devices and set-top boxes to TVs and AV receivers
• Linking computers or laptops to external monitors and projectors for presentations or media playback
• Home cinema and gaming setups requiring a longer HDMI run
• Installation where interference reduction is desirable, such as near networking equipment

Key specifications

• Connector type: HDMI Type A (male) to HDMI Type A (male)
• Cable length: 7.5 metres
• Data transfer rate: up to 13.364 Gbit/s
• Contacts: gold-plated contacts for improved conductivity
• Colour: black
• Interference suppression: ferrite core included

How to use

Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI output port of the source device and the other end to the HDMI input of the display or receiver. Ensure both devices are powered and set to the correct input/output HDMI ports. If the connected devices support plug-and-play, they will automatically negotiate the best available resolution and audio format; otherwise adjust display and audio settings via the device menus. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and keep the ferrite core clear of tight clamps or sharp edges to maintain signal integrity.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid running the HDMI cable parallel and close to mains power cables or large network cable bundles. If longer distances or higher bandwidth (e.g., 4K at higher frame rates) are required, verify device compatibility and consider higher-specification HDMI cables or active/extender solutions.
