Cable HDMI ShiverPeaks SP77477 7,5 m

The ShiverPeaks SP77477 HDMI Cable in blue is a 7.5 meter HDMI Type A to Type A lead designed for transmitting high-quality audio and video signals between compatible devices. With gold-plated contacts, the cable aims to provide reliable connectivity and reduced contact corrosion over time. It supports 3D video formats and is suitable for longer runs where a standard short HDMI lead would not reach.

Advantages

The cable’s 7.5 m length allows flexible placement of TVs, projectors or game consoles away from source devices without signal interruptions when used within typical home or office environments. Gold-plated contacts improve contact stability and resist oxidation for prolonged lifetime. The HDMI Type A connectors on both ends maintain broad compatibility with common consumer electronics. The blue jacket offers visual distinction for easier cable management in multi-cable setups.

Suitable for

• Connecting a TV to a set-top box, Blu-ray player or media player across a longer distance
• Linking a projector to a laptop or media player in a meeting room or classroom
• Connecting game consoles to displays in living rooms or dedicated gaming areas
• Home theater installations where cable routing requires extra length

Key specifications

• Cable length: 7.5 metres
• Connector type: HDMI Type A to HDMI Type A
• Contacts: gold-plated contacts for improved corrosion resistance
• Supported features: 3D video support
• Colour: blue outer jacket

How to use

Insert one HDMI Type A connector into the HDMI output of your source device and the other end into the HDMI input of the display or projector. Ensure both devices are powered off when connecting or disconnecting to avoid transient issues. After connecting, power on the devices and select the corresponding HDMI input on the display. Adjust display resolution and audio output settings in device menus as required to match the capabilities of the connected display.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid sharp bends and excessive tension along the cable; route the cable with gentle curves and secure it with cable ties if needed. When using long HDMI runs, verify the source and display resolutions and, if experiencing issues, try lowering resolution or refresh rate to ensure stable transmission over the 7.5 m length. Keep connectors clean and free of dust to maintain optimal contact.
