Why choose it

This cable is built for dependable gigabit connections. The 100% copper conductors ensure excellent signal integrity and lower resistance compared to copper-clad aluminium alternatives, reducing errors and maintaining speed over longer runs. Gold-plated contacts resist corrosion and provide a clean connection for years of use. The stranded construction makes the cable flexible and easy to route around corners or through cable management, while the PVC jacket offers durability for indoor environments.

Ideal use cases

• Connecting computers, printers, and network-attached storage to gigabit switches or routers
• Extending network drops in offices, classrooms, or home labs
• Patch panel to switch connections in structured cabling systems
• Gaming consoles, smart TVs, and streaming devices requiring stable wired internet
• VoIP phones and IP cameras needing reliable PoE-compatible cabling

Good to know

The cable is unshielded (U/UTP), which is suitable for most indoor installations away from heavy electromagnetic interference. It is not halogen-free, so it is intended for standard commercial or residential use rather than plenum spaces. The yellow colour aids identification in dense cable bundles. DSIT is known for quality networking products, and this cable meets RoHS environmental standards. Always verify your equipment's port type before purchase; this cable uses standard RJ45 connectors compatible with Ethernet devices.
