Cable SCART ShiverPeaks BS96011 2 m

The ShiverPeaks BS96011 SCART cable 2 m is a 2-metre audio-video connection cable with 21-pin SCART connectors on both ends. It is designed to carry composite video, stereo audio and control signals between compatible devices including televisions, DVD players and legacy gaming consoles. The cable features a black outer jacket and a standard SCART pinout suitable for common A/V setups.

Advantages

This SCART cable provides a stable wired connection for analogue audio and video signals without the need for adapters. Its 2 m length balances reach and signal integrity for typical home entertainment arrangements. The black finish resists visible wear and integrates unobtrusively into living-room or media-cabinet installations.

Suitable for

• Connecting televisions to DVD or Blu-ray players with SCART outputs
• Wiring retro gaming consoles to compatible displays
• Linking set-top boxes or VCRs to AV receivers and TVs

Key specifications

• Cable length: 2 m
• Connector type: SCART 21-pin on both ends
• Colour: Black
• Signal type: Analogue composite video and stereo audio (SCART standard)

How to use

Insert each SCART connector firmly into the SCART sockets of the two devices you want to connect, ensuring correct orientation of the 21-pin plug. Use the cable to transmit analogue composite video and stereo audio between devices; if your devices support multiple SCART functions, configure source and input settings on each device as required. Avoid acute bends near the connectors and route the cable to prevent strain on the plugs.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this cable for short to medium runs (up to 2 m) between nearby devices and avoid coiling tightly around metal objects or heat sources. If you experience picture or sound degradation, check connector seating and device settings or try a different SCART port when available.
