The equip USB 2.0 Type A to Type B cable (MPN 128653, 1.0 m) is a transparent silver, plug-and-play data cable designed to connect computers or USB hubs to printers, scanners, multifunction printers and other USB peripherals. It supports USB 2.0 high-speed transfers up to 480 Mbps and features magnetic double shielding to reduce interference and ensure reliable data transmission.

Advantages

The cable’s double magnetic shielding improves signal integrity and reduces electromagnetic interference, helping to maintain error-free transfers at the USB 2.0 maximum rate of 480 Mbps. Its standardized USB A to USB B male connectors ensure broad device compatibility, and the 1.0 m length provides a convenient reach for typical desktop setups. The transparent silver finish offers a neutral appearance that fits most office environments.

Position the cable to avoid sharp bends and secure it to prevent strain on connectors.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep the cable away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference (such as large transformers or unshielded power cables) and avoid excessive bending. Use the 1.0 m length for typical desktop arrangements; for longer runs, choose a cable rated for your required distance and speed.
