Cable USB-C a DisplayPort Manhattan CDP2DP146B 8K 2 m

The Manhattan USB-C to DisplayPort Cable (model CDP2DP146B) connects a laptop, MacBook®, smartphone or tablet with a USB-C port to a DisplayPort monitor, TV or projector. The cable follows the DisplayPort 1.4 standard and supports up to 8K (7680 x 4320) at 60 Hz or 4K UHD at 120 Hz with HDR10 for improved contrast and color reproduction. Triple shielding and gold-plated contacts reduce interference and ensure reliable signal transmission. The cable is 2 m long, weighs 0.17 kg and is available in silver and black. It is CE, RoHS and FCC certified and includes a three-year warranty.

Advantages

The USB-C to DisplayPort cable enables high-resolution video output from USB-C devices that support DP Alt Mode, providing compatibility with modern laptops, MacBooks, smartphones and tablets. Support for DisplayPort 1.4 with HDR10 allows clean color and contrast at high refresh rates. Durable construction with triple shielding and gold-plated contacts improves signal integrity and reduces electromagnetic interference. The 2 m length gives flexibility for typical workstation or home setups, while regulatory certifications ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

How to use

Connect the USB-C end to your device’s USB-C port that supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode and plug the DisplayPort end into the external monitor, TV or projector. Power on both devices and select the appropriate input on the display. On some laptops or mobile devices you may need to enable external display output in system settings. Adjust display resolution and refresh rate in the operating system or monitor settings to match the desired output (for example 8K at 60 Hz or 4K at 120 Hz with HDR10).

Recommendations

For optimal performance at maximum resolutions, use the cable with devices and displays that explicitly support DisplayPort 1.4 and the target resolution/refresh rate. Avoid tight bends near the connectors and keep the cable away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference. If your device does not support DP Alt Mode, use a compatible adapter or an alternative connection method.
