Cable USB DeLOCK 84122 20m USB 3.2 Gen 1 USB C Negro

USB Type-C - USB Type-C, 20 m. This active optical USB-C cable from Delock connects a computer with a USB-C interface (DisplayPort Alt Mode supported) to a USB-C monitor and reliably transmits video up to 4K Ultra HD (3840 x 2160 @ 60 Hz) over a 20 m distance. The cable supports USB 3.2 Gen 1 (up to 5 Gbps) data transfer and uses thin optical construction to avoid signal loss on longer runs. The black USB-C to USB-C design provides a single-cable solution for video and data connectivity.

Advantages

The cable combines active optical technology and USB 3.2 Gen 1 compatibility to maintain high-speed data transfer (up to 5 Gbps) and 4K video transmission over 20 m. Its thin, flexible construction reduces bulk while preserving signal integrity for longer distances. USB-C connectors on both ends ensure compatibility with modern laptops, monitors and devices that support DisplayPort alternate mode.

Suitable for

• Connecting a USB-C monitor to a laptop or desktop with USB-C (DisplayPort Alt Mode)
• Long-distance video transmission up to 20 m without intermediate extenders
• Applications requiring both video and data transfer over a single USB-C cable

Key specifications

• Cable length: 20 m
• Connector 1: USB C
• Connector 2: USB C
• Standard: USB 3.2 Gen 1 (USB 3.1 Gen 1)
• Maximum data rate: up to 5 Gbps
• Video support: up to 4K Ultra HD (3840 x 2160 @ 60 Hz) via DisplayPort Alternate Mode
• Color: Black

How to use

Connect one USB-C end to the computer’s USB-C port that supports DisplayPort alternate mode and the other USB-C end to the monitor’s USB-C input. Ensure both devices are powered on and that the monitor input is set to the USB-C source. The cable will handle video and data transmission; if necessary, select the correct video output or display settings in the operating system to enable 4K at 60 Hz.

Recommendations

For reliable 4K@60Hz video, verify that the host device’s USB-C port supports DisplayPort Alt Mode and that both host and monitor drivers/firmware are up to date. Avoid tight bends near the connectors and protect the cable from sharp kinks to maintain optical performance over time.
