Cable USB ShiverPeaks BS13-23005 USB 2.0 0,25 m

The ShiverPeaks BS13-23005 USB cable is a compact 0.25 m connection cable with USB A to USB B connectors designed for USB 2.0 interfaces. It supports data transfer rates up to 0.48 Gbit/s and is finished in black. The cable features magnetic shielding to reduce interference and improve signal stability, providing a reliable link between compatible peripherals and host devices where a short, robust USB connection is required.

Advantages

This USB cable offers a short, space-saving length ideal for tidy desktop setups and close-proximity connections. Magnetic shielding helps lower electromagnetic interference for steadier data transmission. The standardized USB A to USB B connector pair ensures compatibility with a wide range of printers, scanners, audio interfaces and other peripherals that use the USB 2.0 protocol. The black outer jacket provides a neutral aesthetic and resists visible dirt.

Suitable for

• Connecting printers or scanners to a computer
• Linking audio interfaces and external hardware to hosts
• Use in compact workstations or crowded cable environments
• Temporary or permanent desktop connections where short cabling is preferred

Key specifications

• Connector type: USB A to USB B
• USB standard: USB 2.0 (backward compatible with USB 1.1)
• Maximum data transfer rate: 0.48 Gbit/s
• Cable length: 0.25 m
• Shielding: magnetic shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference
• Colour: black

How to use

Connect the USB A end to the host computer or hub and the USB B end to the peripheral device, ensuring each connector is aligned before inserting. For best performance, avoid tight bends near the connectors and keep the cable clear of high-power cables or strong magnetic sources. The cable is plug-and-play with devices that support USB 2.0, and no additional drivers are typically required for basic data connectivity.

Recommendations

For stable data transfer, use this cable for short-distance connections only; prolonging the connection with additional extensions can reduce signal quality. Store the cable coiled without sharp kinks and avoid exposing it to excessive heat or moisture to maintain shielding integrity and connector reliability.
