The De’Longhi Icona ECO 311.W is a manual pump espresso machine with a 1.4 L water tank and a high-gloss white finish. Designed for brewing ground coffee, it includes a dual spout that lets you prepare one or two cups simultaneously and a 2-in-1 crema filter holder compatible with ground coffee (single or double dose) or E.S.E. pods. The integrated Cappuccino System mixes steam, air and milk to produce a rich, creamy froth suitable for cappuccino.

Advantages

The machine combines a compact 1.4 L water tank and 1100 W power for reliable extraction while keeping a small footprint. The 2-in-1 crema filter holder increases versatility by supporting both ground coffee and Easy Serving Espresso (E.S.E.) pods. A dual spout allows simultaneous preparation of two cups, and the Cappuccino System provides consistent milk froth for traditional espresso-based drinks.

Suitable for

• Home use for one to two cups of espresso at a time
• Brewing with ground coffee (single or double dose)
• Using E.S.E. (Easy Serving Espresso) pods
• Preparing milk-based drinks such as cappuccino and latte

Use the steam wand with the Cappuccino System to froth milk by activating steam and introducing air gradually until the desired creamy texture is achieved. Clean the filter holder and steam wand after each use according to the manufacturer’s maintenance instructions.

Recommendations

For best results use freshly ground coffee for the crema filter holder and pre-heated cups. Descale the machine regularly and purge the steam wand after frothing milk to maintain optimal performance.
