Cafetera moka Bialetti La Mokina 0005650 — cafetera de aluminio para fogones en Verde/Rojo/Plata

The Bialetti 0005650 Moka pot — also known as the Bialetti La Mokina Tricolore — is a compact manual coffee maker designed in Italy. This miniature Moka Express is made from aluminium and finished in green, red and silver to celebrate a classic Italian motif. The Mokina is sized for a half-cup ristretto-style extraction, delivering a concentrated coffee in a small format and intended for use on conventional hobs.

Advantages

The Bialetti Mokina combines the traditional moka brewing method with a reduced capacity for a stronger, more concentrated cup. Aluminium construction ensures efficient heat transfer and a familiar metallic finish, while the tricolour design adds a distinctive visual accent. The unit is simple to operate and requires only ground coffee for moka, water and a heat source.

Suitable for

• Preparing a single concentrated ristretto-style shot or half-cup of coffee
• Quick coffee breaks where a small, strong serving is preferred
• Users who want a compact, portable stovetop coffee maker for one person
• Those who appreciate classic Italian moka brewing and design

When it may not be suitable

The Mokina is not intended for brewing multiple cups at once; it is sized specifically for a single half-cup serving. It is also unsuited for use on induction hobs unless an external adaptor or compatible base is available, since the body is aluminium. If you need large-capacity brewing or automatic temperature control, a larger moka pot or electric coffee maker may be preferable.

Key specifications

• Product type: manual moka pot (stovetop coffee maker)
• Housing material: aluminium for efficient heat conduction
• Colour: green, red and silver (tricolour finish)
• Capacity: half-cup / single ristretto-style serving
• Quantity per pack: 1 piece
• Country of origin: Italy
• Suitable heat source: gas or electric hobs (check compatibility for induction)

How to use

Fill the lower boiler with fresh water up to the safety valve, insert the funnel filter and add ground coffee for moka without tamping. Close the moka pot securely and place it on the hob over medium heat. When coffee begins to gurgle and fill the upper collector chamber, remove the pot from the heat and serve. Rinse with water after use and allow to dry; do not use detergents or abrasive cleaners.

What to consider before purchase

• Intended serving size: designed for a half-cup ristretto-style extraction
• Hob compatibility: aluminium body may require an induction adaptor for induction cooktops
• Cleaning requirements: hand rinse only, not dishwasher-safe
• Material characteristics: aluminium can affect taste if abrasive cleaners are used

Recommendations

Use freshly ground coffee suitable for moka, keep heat moderate to avoid bitter extraction, and rinse with water after each use to preserve flavour and finish.
