Caja de almacenamiento allit ProfiPlus GripBox 3 ESD negra talla 3 conductora

Stackable storage bin allit ProfiPlus GripBox 3 ESD in black, size 3, is a conductive organizer designed to reduce electrostatic discharge risk for sensitive electronic components. The bin combines durable plastic construction with a conductive material composition and integrated grip features for easier handling. It is intended for workshops, production lines and workstations where safe storage and quick access to small parts, components and tools are required.

Advantages

The conductive design lowers static charge buildup and helps protect ESD-sensitive components during storage and handling. Its stackable form optimizes space usage on shelves and workbenches, while integrated grip edges improve manual handling and movement between stations. The robust plastic material resists everyday wear in industrial and laboratory environments and maintains shape under load, contributing to reliable, long-term organization.

Suitable for

• Storage of electronic components and ESD-sensitive parts
• Organization of small tools and spare parts on production lines
• Workstation bins for assembly and repair desks
• Inventory management in workshops and service areas

Key specifications

• Color: black conductive finish
• Size: size 3 (compact, medium-depth bin)
• Material: durable conductive plastic
• Design: stackable with integrated grip edges for handling
• ESD protection: conductive construction to dissipate static
• Use environment: suitable for workshop, production line, workstation

How to use

Place the allit ProfiPlus GripBox 3 ESD on shelving, racks or workbench areas and stack additional bins as needed to optimize vertical storage. Load smaller components, fasteners or tools into the bin ensuring parts are clean and free of loose debris. Use the grip edges to pick up, carry and reposition the bin; align stacked bins to lock them securely in place. For use with ESD-sensitive items, ensure the surrounding workstation follows ESD control practices so the conductive bin functions as part of an overall ESD-safe environment.

Recommendations

Store only clean, dry components and avoid prolonged exposure to chemicals or solvents that may affect the conductive plastic. Combine the GripBox 3 ESD with grounded work surfaces, wrist straps or ESD flooring when handling sensitive electronics to maintain effective electrostatic discharge control.
