How to use

Mount the camera using the appropriate hardware for the selected surface and orientation, aiming the 2.8mm lens to cover the intended area. Connect the device to a compatible PoE switch or provide power and Ethernet separately according to the installation environment. Add the camera to your NVR or video management software using its IP address and configure basic settings such as resolution, frame rate, exposure and motion detection zones. Verify the field of view and adjust the mounting angle as needed to reduce obstructions and optimize coverage.

Recommendations

Position the camera at a height and angle that minimize glare and occlusion; use sheltered mounting for prolonged outdoor exposure. Regularly check firmware updates and NVR compatibility to ensure security and performance. For improved identification at longer distances, consider supplementary cameras with telephoto lenses or higher resolution where necessary.
