Cámara de vigilancia IP Dahua Technology 5MP Focal fija 4G Giratoria/Inclinable (4 mm, 5MP, Exterior Turret, Rotación 180°)

The Dahua Technology 5MP fixed-focal 4G Pan & Tilt outdoor turret is a 5MP IP security camera with a 4 mm fixed lens (horizontal 81.27°, vertical 47.73°) and 180° rotation for flexible coverage. Designed for outdoor perimeter and remote-site monitoring, the camera uses a CMOS sensor and supports wireless 4G connectivity to maintain continuous surveillance where Wi‑Fi or wired networks are unavailable. It activates audible and visible alarms on intrusion, sends instant alerts to mobile devices, and offers two-way talk for real-time communication on site.

Advantages

This outdoor turret combines high-resolution 5MP imaging with Smart Dual Illuminator technology to produce clear full‑color video day and night while reducing light pollution. Built-in 4G connectivity enables continuous operation in remote locations such as farms, ranches, or orchards. The unit resists harsh weather (IP66) and supports ceiling or wall mounting with 180° rotation for wide-area coverage. Additional features include video motion detection, H.265 compression for efficient storage and transmission, and two-way audio for direct communication.

Suitable for

• Remote outdoor sites without reliable Wi‑Fi (farms, ranches, orchards)
• Perimeter and property surveillance for homes and small businesses
• Temporary or mobile installations requiring wireless connectivity
• Areas needing night-time color imaging and alarm notification

When it may not be suitable

The camera does not include Ethernet LAN or Wi‑Fi connectivity, so locations that require wired network integration or local Wi‑Fi management may not be well served by this model. Environments requiring submersion protection beyond IP66 or specialized industrial certifications should consider other models.

Key specifications

• Image sensor: CMOS
• Resolution: 5 MP (2880 × 1620)
• Lens: fixed 4 mm (horizontal view ≈ 81.27°, vertical ≈ 47.73°)
• Rotation: Pan & Tilt with up to 180° rotation for flexible coverage
• Illumination: Smart Dual Illuminator (IR and white light) with night visibility up to 30 m
• Compression: H.265 video compression
• Connectivity: 4G wireless
• Mounting: Ceiling or wall
• Weather resistance: IP66
• Physical colours: Black, White
• Weight: 0.5 kg

How to use

Mount the turret on a suitable ceiling or wall location using appropriate fixings, ensuring the chosen position provides the required field of view and 4G signal strength. Power the camera according to the installation instructions and complete initial setup using the manufacturer’s app or configuration interface to register the device, enable mobile alerts, and configure motion detection and alarm settings. Use two‑way talk through the app to communicate with people on site and review recorded or live footage as needed.

What to consider before purchase

• Availability and quality of 4G coverage at the installation site
• Required field of view — fixed 4 mm lens with specified horizontal/vertical angles
• Need for wired LAN or local Wi‑Fi integration (this model lacks Ethernet and Wi‑Fi)
• Environmental requirements beyond IP66 (e.g., submersion resistance)

Recommendations

For best results install the camera where 4G signal strength is strong, aim the fixed lens to cover primary access routes, enable motion detection and mobile alerts, and periodically check firmware updates and mounting hardware to maintain reliable remote surveillance.
