Cámara de vigilancia IP Eufy PoE Bullet-PTZ Cam S4 — montaje en techo, cableado PoE, 3840×2160, 16 MP, zoom óptico 8x, campo de visión 360°

The 16 MP Triple-Lens Bullet-PTZ Camera combines a 4K wide-angle fixed camera and a 2K PTZ camera to provide comprehensive surveillance. The upper 4K lens captures a 122° fixed view of the scene while the lower PTZ module offers 8× optical auto-zoom and 360° pan for focused close-ups and full-area coverage. The system supports continuous 24/7 recording via Power over Ethernet (PoE) when used with a compatible NVR, switch, injector, or DC adapter (not included).

Advantages

This camera delivers automatic subject framing and group tracking: when the bullet camera detects a person, the PTZ locks on and follows them with centered, sharp close-ups from up to 50 meters (164 ft). Starlight color night vision with AI-ISP processing preserves color details at night without a spotlight, with the option to enable a spotlight and HDR to reduce overexposure for better identification, including license plates. Built-in AI human detection distinguishes people from pets and vehicles to cut false alerts by up to 99%. A red-and-blue strobe and smart siren can deter intruders. IP65 weatherproofing and two-way talk with AI noise reduction ensure reliable outdoor operation and clear communication.

How to use

Install the camera using the provided mounting hardware on a ceiling or wall, and connect it to a compatible PoE NVR or PoE switch/injector to supply both power and network data. Configure the NVR and camera settings to enable auto-framing, group tracking, AI human detection, night-vision modes, and deterrence features such as the strobe and siren. Use the NVR interface or companion app to set recording schedules, detection zones, and notification preferences. For two-way communication, open the live view and use the talk control; AI noise reduction will filter background sounds for clearer speech.

Recommendations

For continuous 24/7 recording and full functionality, use a compatible PoE NVR (e.g., eufy NVR S4) or a PoE switch/injector and ensure firmware is up to date. Place the wide-angle camera to cover the general area and position the PTZ to maximize pan/tilt range; avoid mounting locations that obstruct the PTZ’s line of sight. For best night-time identification, enable HDR and, if necessary, the spotlight feature.
