Carcasa de superficie Hikvision DS-KD-ACW3

The Surface mount box Hikvision DS-KD-ACW3 is an aluminum accessory engineered to provide a secure, weather-resistant mounting solution for compatible Hikvision intercom panels. With compact dimensions of 107 mm width, 320.8 mm depth and 32.7 mm height, the unit is intended to simplify surface installation on flat walls where flush mounting is not possible or practical. The box supports cable routing and provides a stable base to maintain the intercom’s alignment and appearance.

Advantages

Constructed from corrosion-resistant aluminum, the mount box offers long-term mechanical stability and protection against outdoor elements. Its precise dimensions match the profile of compatible Hikvision intercom devices, reducing installation time and the need for custom fabrication. The shallow depth minimizes protrusion from the wall while still allowing space for cable connections and mounting hardware, contributing to a tidy and professional installation.

Suitable for

• Surface mounting Hikvision door-station and intercom panels where flush installation is not feasible
• Retrofit installations on masonry, concrete or wooden walls
• Outdoor or semi-outdoor entry points requiring a durable, corrosion-resistant mounting solution

Key specifications

• Material: aluminum alloy with corrosion-resistant finish
• Width: 107 mm
• Depth: 320.8 mm
• Height: 32.7 mm
• Surface-mount design suitable for vertical wall installation
• Internal space for cable routing and connector access

How to use

Position the surface mount box on the intended wall location and mark the mounting holes. Drill appropriate holes for the wall type, insert suitable anchors if required and secure the box with screws. Route intercom cables through the provided internal space and connect them to the device according to the intercom installation manual. Align the intercom panel with the mounting points on the box and fasten it securely, ensuring all seals and gaskets are seated to maintain weather resistance.

Recommendations

For outdoor installations, use stainless steel fasteners and appropriate wall anchors for the substrate. Verify cable lengths and connector types before mounting to avoid rework. Regularly inspect the mounting and seals as part of routine maintenance to ensure continued protection against moisture and corrosion.
