Casquillo de posicionamiento Harting 09 99 000 0531 azul

Positioning Sleeve Harting 09 99 000 0531 Blue is a purpose-built component for precision alignment of connector contacts and housings in Harting connector assemblies. Designed to fit into the connector system, this blue sleeve ensures stable positioning during assembly and in-service operation, helping to maintain contact integrity and reduce mechanical wear. The sleeve is intended for use in maintenance, repair and original equipment manufacturing where accurate connector alignment supports reliable electrical performance.

Advantages

The positioning sleeve provides precise centring and support for contacts and housings, minimising misalignment during insertion and operation. Its construction reduces mechanical stress on mating parts, contributing to longer service life of connector assemblies. The blue colour enables quick visual identification during assembly and servicing. Compatibility with Harting connector systems ensures predictable fit and function in applications that require repeatable alignment.

Key specifications

• Function: positioning sleeve for connector contacts and housings
• Colour: blue for fast visual identification
• Application: alignment support during assembly and operation
• Compatibility: designed for integration with Harting connector systems
• Benefit: reduces mechanical stress and wear on mating parts

How to use

Insert the sleeve into the corresponding cavity of the connector housing so that it seats evenly and provides support to the intended contacts or subcomponents. Verify correct orientation and seating before mating connectors to ensure alignment. During maintenance or replacement, remove the old sleeve carefully and install the new sleeve to restore original alignment tolerances. Follow applicable safety and handling procedures for electrical connectors while working on live systems or energized circuits.

Recommendations

Store the sleeve in a clean, dry environment to avoid contamination. Inspect for damage or deformation before installation; replace if any signs of wear are present. Use the sleeve with compatible Harting connector housings and follow manufacturer guidance for connector assembly and torque values where applicable.

Positioning Sleeve Harting 09 99 000 0531 Blue supports reliable connector alignment and is suitable for professional electrical assembly, service, and manufacturing contexts.
