Cepillo de alambre de vaso Bosch 2608622052 Cerda de nylon Diámetro 5 cm Grosor 1,1 mm

The Bosch Wire Cup Brush 2608622052 with a 5 cm diameter and 1.1 mm nylon bristle thickness provides a fine finish on a variety of materials without damaging the surface. Fitted with aluminium oxide K80-coated nylon bristles, the brush conforms to the contours of the workpiece while the abrasive coating gradually releases abrasive grain to maintain consistent material removal. It is designed for use with drills that accept a 6 mm shank and is intended for cleaning and surface preparation tasks on metal, PVC and wood.

Advantages

The nylon bristles coated with aluminium oxide K80 combine flexibility and abrasiveness to deliver uniform finishing and controlled material removal. The 5 cm diameter and 1.1 mm bristle thickness balance access to small and medium surfaces with effective cleaning power. The brush adapts to contours for even results and the abrasive coating extends usable life by continuously exposing fresh abrasive grain during use.

How to use

Install the brush on a drill with a compatible 6 mm shank and secure it according to the drill manufacturer's instructions. Start at low speed to align the brush with the workpiece, then increase speed as needed while maintaining steady pressure. Move the brush evenly across the surface following the contours to achieve a uniform finish. For best results, avoid excessive pressure or side loading that could deform the bristles or the workpiece.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and gloves. Select wire thickness and speed based on the workpiece and desired finish: thicker wires for more aggressive material removal and faster results, thinner wires for finer, smoother finishes. Test on a small area before proceeding with the full task.
