Advantages

This sander combines a high-power 1300 W motor with variable speed control to match different materials and finishes. Its dust extraction feature reduces airborne particles and keeps the workspace cleaner, while the ergonomic design improves grip and reduces fatigue. The tool is built to offer stable sanding performance and reliable results across a range of applications.

Suitable for

• Sanding and smoothing wooden surfaces
• Preparing metal surfaces before painting or coating
• Removing paint, varnish or corrosion from panels and furniture
• Shaping and finishing plastic parts and composite materials
• General DIY and professional surface preparation tasks

Key specifications

• Power: 1300 W motor suitable for medium to heavy sanding tasks
• Variable speed control for adapting to different materials and finishes
• Dust collection system to reduce airborne debris and improve visibility
• Ergonomic handle and balanced housing for better control and reduced fatigue
• Compatible sanding plate for common abrasive sheets and discs

How to use

Before use, secure appropriate abrasive paper or disc to the sanding plate and set the speed according to the material and desired finish. Connect a compatible dust collection bag or vacuum to the dust port if available. Hold the sander with a firm two-handed grip and start sanding with steady, even passes, avoiding excessive pressure which can damage the surface or the abrasive. Progress from coarser to finer grits to achieve a smooth result. After finishing, turn off the tool and allow the motor to stop before setting it down; empty the dust collector regularly to maintain suction efficiency.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, dust mask and hearing protection. Select abrasive grit progressively from coarse to fine for best results and ensure the workpiece is securely clamped. For prolonged operations, allow occasional cooling intervals to avoid overheating the motor.
