Cerraduras inalámbricas Avigilon AP-AH40-IP-G5 con AC-AA-GEN5-AH40-HUB — cerraduras de acceso inalámbricas con hub

The set contains Avigilon AP-AH40-IP-G5 wireless locks together with the AC-AA-GEN5-AH40-HUB hub, designed to provide wireless access control for commercial and institutional doors. The package combines door-mounted locking hardware with a dedicated hub that integrates locks into a managed network, enabling centralized configuration, remote operation, and reduced cabling requirements where hardwired solutions are impractical.

Advantages

The wireless design reduces the need for extensive wiring and allows faster installation on existing doors. Integrated network management via the hub supports centralized control and monitoring of multiple locks. The hardware is intended for reliable door security and supports remote lock/unlock operations and status reporting, simplifying access administration for facilities with many entry points.

Suitable for

• Commercial office entrances and interior doors
• Educational and healthcare facilities requiring centralized access control
• Retrofit installations where running wires is difficult or costly
• Remote or distributed sites that benefit from hub-based management

Key specifications

• Wireless communication between locks and hub for networked access control
• Door-mounted lock hardware compatible with standard commercial door types
• Hub device for centralized management and remote operation of multiple locks
• Supports remote lock/unlock commands and status reporting over the managed network
• Designed for commercial and institutional security environments

How to use

Install the AP-AH40-IP-G5 locks on doors following the manufacturer’s mechanical mounting instructions and power requirements. Position and connect the AC-AA-GEN5-AH40-HUB to the site network according to the hub installation guide, then pair each lock with the hub to register devices in the management interface. Use the centralized management software to configure access rules, schedules, and user credentials, and to monitor lock status and event logs. Perform a functional test after installation to confirm remote commands and status reporting operate as expected.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, install locks on doors within recommended environmental and dimensional parameters and maintain network connectivity for the hub. Regularly check battery status (if applicable), apply firmware updates through the management interface, and follow facility security policies when configuring access levels and schedules.
