tesapack® ultra strong is a heavy-duty PVC packaging tape with an adhesive coating made from natural rubber, designed to provide reliable sealing and high tear resistance. Its high tear resistance and durable construction ensure secure sealing of heavy parcels and bundled goods. Suitable for demanding sealing tasks, it supports reliable transit protection and reduces the risk of accidental opening.

Suitable for

• Sealing cardboard boxes and cartons in e-commerce and web shops
• Bundling and securing heavy or awkward items for shipment
• General packaging tasks requiring high tear resistance
• Indoor repair and temporary fixing where strong adhesive tape is needed

How to use

Clean and dry the surface before applying the tape. Unroll the required length, apply firmly along the seam or area to be sealed, and press down using a roller or by hand to ensure full contact of the adhesive with the substrate. For best results on parcels, apply tape along all box seams and reinforce corners or weak points. Store the roll in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Recommendations

For heavy or high-value shipments, use multiple tape strips across seams and consider combining with reinforcement tape if additional strength is needed. Test adhesion on painted or sensitive surfaces before extended use.
